We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Zaply and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Zaply makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Service.

9. Prohibited Activities

When using Zaply, you agree to NOT:
(a) Use the Services to send unsolicited messages (spam).
(b) Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
(c ) Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services.
(d) Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

Note: You may use Zaply in ways that could violate WhatsApp’s Terms of Service. However, Zaply does not guarantee or take responsibility if your WhatsApp account is banned or restricted due to such activities. You assume all risks associated with using the Services in violation of WhatsApp’s policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zaply shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

(a) your use of or inability to use the Service;
(b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
(c ) any damage that occurs as a result of your phone number or smartphone being blocked on WhatsApp;
(d) your interactions with WhatsApp through our interface, including but not limited to any messages sent via our interface.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
